"Santa Clara Law Professor Alan Scheflin and Steve Hassan session at ICSA Montreal 2012 on the History of Brainwashing and the Law. Steve brings up some specifics concerns about how the law doesn't help victims of undue influence.
Scheflin has authored many books and articles and wrote a pioneering book on CIA mind control research programs of the 1950s and 1960s.
